'Afternoon Tea & Fashion' is organized by InterContinental Hanoi Westlake Hotel and takes place monthly. The program is inspired by the colorful world of fashion, combined with classic & luxurious afternoon tea culture.
Unlike the usual afternoon tea, the cakes served at the 'Afternoon Tea & Fashion' party at the InterContinental Hanoi Hotel are all shaped like modern fashion designs. Customers cannot help but be surprised by bags and lipsticks made from chocolate, cookies printed with the images of evening gowns and luxurious high heels. All of the above cakes are served with fine western tea.
The June show brought customers extremely eye-catching and luxurious designs from two fashion brands, Wephobia & Chula. Chula's collection focused on using unique details on a strong color fabric background. In contrast to Chula's elegant outfits, Wephobia presented menswear-inspired outfits with four main colors: black, white, orange and light pink. More specifically, the fashion show also featured Thuy Anh, the main actress of the movie "Flapping in the Middle of Nowhere", and model Mai Giang, the champion of Vietnam's Next Top Model in 2012.
