With 11 years of experience as an Italian Chef and European Chef, 4.5 years as a Deputy Chef, and 3 years as a General Chef in luxury international hotels, Mr. Filippo Morelli is expected to satisfy the needs of diners at the restaurants of Pullman Hanoi Hotel.
He enjoys self-studying cuisine and has extensive knowledge of Mediterranean and European cuisine. He holds European HACCP* certification and Starwood hygiene standards through many years of practical experience.
Filippo Morelli has the ability to work well in a team, always working closely with the Food & Beverage and Sales departments to bring high efficiency to the activities of these departments.
