With the appointment of Filippo Morelli as the new Executive Chef, Pullman Hanoi Hotel will offer guests a richer culinary experience.

 

 

With 11 years of experience as Italian Culinary Chef and Head European Chef, 4.5 years as Assistant Executive Chef, and 3 years as Executive Chef in luxury international hotels, Filippo Morelli is expected to satisfy the demands of diners at Pullman Hanoi's restaurants.

He enjoys self-study in the culinary arts and possesses extensive knowledge of Mediterranean and Eurasian cuisine. He holds European HACCP* certification and Starwood hygiene standards, gained through many years of practical experience.

Filippo Morelli possesses strong teamwork skills, consistently working closely with the Food & Beverage and Sales departments to ensure high efficiency in their operations. With his positive work ethic, "nothing is impossible" attitude, friendly personality, willingness to interact with customers, and ability to work under high pressure, Filippo Morelli will bring a fresh perspective to Pullman Hanoi.
