About Chef Franco Palandra
Chef Franco has over 20 years of experience teaching at Tuscookcany and working as a catering consultant for a number of high-end clients including hotels, restaurants and cafes. His culinary roots are informed by the rustic traditions of Caserta cuisine. His culinary experience began in England, where he was Executive Chef at the Cunard Line Italian restaurant. He then took on the role of Chef de Cuisine at the renowned Logge Vasari.
