With Christmas approaching, 'NAMO restaurant is excited to welcome back Chef Franco. From November 30th to December 15th, he will be bringing to 'NAMO a unique Italian menu along with specially crafted dishes for the holiday season.

Last summer, Chef Franco won the hearts of Saigonese with his masterful cooking skills and witty humor. Anyone who had the chance to enjoy the dishes in his specially crafted set menus will surely find it hard to forget Franco's distinctive flavors and dedication. This year, let's enjoy the warm festive season at 'NAMO with dishes personally created by Chef Franco – a unique opportunity for those who love Italian cuisine in particular and food in general.

Chef Franco has been given a name by Saigon diners that is both unusual and endearing – Fairy Chef – because of his refined taste and meticulous attention to detail in each dish and for each diner, as well as the magic he creates in each of his creations.

With his innovative palate, Franco will bring delightful experiences to diners through refined flavors and a carefully selected menu, featuring premium ingredients such as rare and expensive black truffles. To prepare for this unique menu, Chef Franco personally brought black truffles from beautiful Italy to diners in Saigon.

Chef Franco has over 20 years of experience teaching cooking in Tuscookcany and consulting on catering for a number of high-end clients including hotels, restaurants, and cafes. His culinary background is steeped in the rustic traditions of Caserta cuisine. His experience as a head chef began in England, where he served as head chef at the Italian restaurant Cunard Line. He then took on the role of Chef de Cuisine at the renowned Logge Vasari.
