On the afternoon of April 11, 2019, Tugo Travel Company and Thanh Nien Newspaper officially signed a cooperation agreement to develop a tourism information section between Thanh Nien Newspaper and Tugo Travel Company. Attending the ceremony were representatives from Thanh Nien Newspaper, including Mr. Tran Viet Hung - Member of the Editorial Board, General Secretary of Thanh Nien Online; Mr. Phan Tra - Director of Tugo Travel Company, and many other partner representatives.

Currently, Tugo has four offices in Vietnam, including three in Ho Chi Minh City and one in Hanoi. In 2017, Tugo achieved encouraging results with the airlines it partnered with, ranking in the top 5 of Vietnam Airlines. In 2018, Tugo reached the top 3 of Vietnam Airlines.

Tugo held a launch ceremony for its campaign defining premium tour products.
Earlier that morning, Tugo held a launch event for its premium tour product definition campaign, aiming to increase consumer awareness of luxury tours using Vietnam Airlines' services. To achieve this success, Tugo received support from the French conglomerate Criteo, often referred to as the "Google of Europe," in providing communication solutions for the campaign and coordinating with media outlets in Southeast Asia. Criteo currently provides services to 12,000 advertising agencies worldwide and is a direct partner with 17,000 publishers. With Criteo's support, the definition of premium tours will be widely disseminated to users throughout Vietnam and the region.

- Experienced and highly qualified tour guides: In our premium tours, Tugo is committed to providing highly qualified and experienced tour guides to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
- The tour price must be all-inclusive and absolutely no additional fees will be charged. Tugo will refund customers for any point that does not meet the commitments made to the customer.
