On the morning of March 28, 2019, Ho Chi Minh City held a press conference on Tourism Festival 2019. Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival 2019 is one of the key tourism events of the City's tourism industry.

Since 2005, Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival has been held annually in April and has become a major tourism stimulus with many attractive activities for domestic and foreign tourists coming to Ho Chi Minh City every summer.

This year's Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival will take place from April 11 to April 14, 2019 at Area B, 23/9 Park, District 1, marking the 15th time of organization, promising to continue to bring tourists many opportunities to experience attractive, new and deeply discounted summer tourism. The Festival's space is expected to include 2 areas: a cluster of tourism booths focusing on introducing tourism stimulus programs of Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces; a cluster of culinary tourism booths introducing to visitors the diversity and richness of cuisine of Ho Chi Minh City and other regions. Accordingly, each booth will have its own design and space to show the characteristics and tourism products and services of each participating unit. Enterprises will organize meetings with customers, introduce themselves, and offer new and attractive tourism products and services through cultural and artistic activities, games with prizes and preferential tour prices. In particular, each day will have different new promotional programs to help customers have more choices.
