In the space of thatched roofs, bundles of straw, full trays of watermelons and the bustling sound of spring drums, visitors dressed in traditional costumes of Vietnamese ethnic groups such as Ao Dai, T-shirt, Ao Ba Ba to participate in the Banh Chung wrapping contest and learn about Vietnamese culture. The atmosphere of the program was extremely bustling, many visitors could not hide their excitement and curiosity when they made traditional Vietnamese Banh Chung for the first time.

During this festival, visitors can also see with their own eyes the old scholars writing red couplets, the artisans making cute figurines or the impressive grasshoppers made from coconut leaves. In addition, traditional Tet dishes such as cabbage soup rolls, fried banh chung, banh in, various kinds of cakes and jams... are also displayed at the booths for visitors to taste. In particular, the Banh Chung Risotto and Banh Chung Tapas created by The Cliff from traditional Banh Chung have surprised and delighted many international visitors with their unique and delicious flavors, a harmonious combination of Asian and European cuisine.




Tourist from Poland - Ms. Krystina Pawlowska said: "This is the first time I have learned about and made Vietnamese Chung cake. Although it was very difficult, thanks to the help of the staff, I was able to make 2 complete cakes. I feel happy and learned more about Vietnamese Tet holiday". Meanwhile, Mr. Blair Landrigan from Canada, holding 2 wishes from the old calligrapher, excitedly shared: "The festival atmosphere is wonderful! My children and I enjoyed all kinds of Tet cakes and jams, especially the delicious Chung cake Risotto."
