The renowned travel magazine The Lonely Planet has just announced its list of the top 10 destinations in Asia for 2019. Notably, this year's list has been expanded to include Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific.
10. Cambodia

9. Beijing, China
In ninth place is Beijing, China. Its new airport, Beijing Daxing International Airport, is scheduled to open at the end of September this year, adding 72 million visitors annually to the city, which is over 700 years old.
The Forbidden City, China's greatest heritage site, is located right in the heart of Beijing.
8. Palawan, Philippines

This less-visited destination in the Philippines is sometimes dubbed the country's "last frontier." It boasts stunning beaches and magnificent rainforests.
7. Fiji
