The “Yoona Dance Cover Challenge” competition contributed to boosting online promotion activities with the new slogan “Imagine your Korea Now, Visit Later” by the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) amidst the near-freezing of global tourism due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Alongside this, the message “Cheer up the world, Meet you later” was also conveyed through various KTO activities, such as the promotional video series “Experience the Rhythm of Korean Life,” featuring a unique combination of modern music, traditional Korean Pansori singing, composed by Lee Nalchi, and the incredibly fun dance moves from the highly popular Ambigous Dance Company.

The video series was filmed in three popular tourist cities in South Korea: Seoul, Busan, and Jeonju, with the hope that even though tourists are limiting their outings during this time, they can still find joy and laughter while watching the videos and exploring famous tourist destinations on screen.
