Don't be intimidated by its strange appearance; this dish is highly nutritious, made with carefully selected spices, vegetables, and some Chinese herbs such as goji berries and jujubes. Sip the broth, bite into a jujube, savor the rich, creamy tuna eyes, and add a few perilla leaves – all blending together to create a flavor you'll never forget. Other dishes made from ocean tuna include: fresh tuna meat wrapped in mustard greens and dipped in spicy mustard, sour and chewy tuna stomach salad, and sweet and savory grilled tuna loin…
Equally appealing, oysters and blood cockles from O Loan Lagoon are also authentic Phu Yen delicacies.
