ATM-Oxy, with the message "Give oxygen - extend life," was launched in Ho Chi Minh City on August 2nd, after less than a week of developing the idea. Together with the PHGSmarthome volunteer group, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, and the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, Mr. Tuan Anh began his meaningful program.
The ATM-Oxy system operates by providing oxygen machines and tanks to support healthcare services in hospitals and medical facilities, facilitating faster recovery for COVID-19 patients. These ATM-Oxy systems are located at the headquarters of the District Youth Union in six districts: District 7, District 8, District 9, Tan Phu District, Binh Tan District, and Binh Chanh District.

The operating methods and hours of the ATM-Oxy also adhere to the city's permitted hours for people to be out and about. Patient information is received continuously 24/7, but transportation to patients' homes is only carried out by volunteers from 8 AM to 5 PM daily.
According to Mr. Tuan Anh, currently, F0 and F1 cases are self-isolating at home, so they cannot exchange their oxygen cylinders. Furthermore, the number of delivery drivers is limited, the trucks of oxygen refilling centers are overloaded, and many speculators are driving up the price of cylinders.

Given the above situation, finding, buying, and exchanging oxygen cylinders has become difficult, especially for families with sick members. Therefore, ATM-Oxy was created with the hope of helping patients and F0 cases isolated at home to reduce difficulties. According to him, currently in hospitals, oxygen cylinders are usually replaced only once every 5-7 days, resulting in 5-6 cylinders sitting idle. ATM-Oxy will increase the number of vehicles exchanging oxygen cylinders daily for hospitals to increase cylinder usage capacity by 3-4 times.
In phase two, ATM-Oxy will provide free oxygen cylinder replacements for hospitals, with an expected quantity of 5,000 to 10,000 cylinders.
In phase three, ATM-Oxy will lend oxygen cylinders to hospitals. When the epidemic situation in Ho Chi Minh City eases, the program will support other provinces and cities nationwide, and the next phase will add imported cylinders.

Patients needing an oxygen cylinder change simply need to contact the hotline (+84) 0796555564, and District Youth Union volunteers will deliver the oxygen to their home by motorbike.
For those who do not have oxygen tanks and are in difficult circumstances, the program will lend them tanks free of charge.
