According to a representative from Kien A Group, the developer of LAVILA, phase 2 of the LAVILA Nam Saigon project, covering a total area of 16.4 hectares, includes 268 garden townhouses with areas ranging from 188 to 215 square meters (1 ground floor - 2 upper floors). These townhouses are located in a well-planned area with abundant greenery, tranquility, and 24/7 security. On October 28th, Kien A will release the final 100 units, featuring prime locations within the project.
LAVILA Nam Saigon is a villa and garden townhouse project belonging to the LAVILA product line of Kien A Group, a high-end product line aimed at buyers with high demands for quality of life.
