In this collaborative project, BIM Group is the investor, while Toong is the consultant for project development, management, operation, and business exploitation. BIM Group is known as one of the largest real estate developers in Vietnam, a pioneer in exploring new and promising markets such as Quang Ninh, Phu Quoc, and recently Vientiane, Laos. In the real estate sector alone, BIM Group has experience collaborating with top global management brands such as IHG in the hotel sector (InterContinental Phu Quoc and Crowne Plaza Vientiane projects) and Frasers Hospitality (Fraser Suites Hanoi), and The Ascott Limited in the serviced apartment sector.
Co-working spaces are a completely new service to the Lao market, where traditional offices are dominant. By introducing co-working spaces into the first Grade A complex in Vientiane, BIM Group and Toong are creating a new standard in lifestyle and work for the progressive business community there.

A cozy space designed to suit both individuals and groups working in the heart of Hanoi.
The Toong Royal Square co-working space is located within the Royal Square complex, a nearly 100,000 m2 development invested in by BIM Group. The complex includes a 5-star hotel, Grade A office space, and a high-end, modern shopping mall in Vientiane. Part of the complex – the Crowne Plaza hotel – opened in April 2017, marking a significant milestone as the first international 5-star hotel in Laos began operations.

Toong Royal Square boasts a prime location at the corner of Samsenthai Avenue, adjacent to Fa Ngum Park Square – home to the famous statue of King Fa Ngum. Toong Royal Square offers expansive views of the Mekong River and is within a 10-minute drive of Wattay International Airport, government offices, and the capital's main business district.

Scheduled to open in June 2018, the launch of Toong Royal Square makes Toong the first co-working space chain to originate from the Indochina region. When asked about the risks of developing a completely new model in a new market like Laos, Mr. Duong Do - Founder and CEO of Toong - said: “More than two years ago, when we opened our first Toong location in Hanoi, most people in Vietnam thought it was an unsuitable service. Now, co-working spaces are thriving in Hanoi and Saigon. Laos is a new market, and we see potential for the co-working space model there. Because we develop co-working spaces not only as a solution for convenient and cost-effective workspaces, but also as a civilized and creative living and working culture.”
