The leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee have just agreed to let Bitexco Group be the investor of the new urban area project Binh Quoi - Thanh Da, in Binh Thanh district.

The Binh Quoi - Thanh Da urban area project has a scale of 450 hectares located in Ward 28, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. According to the plan, this peninsula of over 450 hectares will be one of the "lungs" of the city with many large green areas, low construction density and about 41,500 people. This area has the function of an ecological urban area, resort tourism, commercial center and a new knowledge - technology center of the city. At the same time, the city also agreed in principle to build two bridges connecting Thanh Da with District 2 (at Thao Dien area and Rach Chiec intersection).
