Recently, Phuong Trinh embarked on a 9-day trip to explore Northwest Vietnam. Upon her first visit, she was captivated by the beautiful natural scenery and the local people. Besides exploring the local cuisine such as smoked buffalo meat, sturgeon, and salmon hotpot, her go-to breakfast is instant noodles.

"The food here is very diverse and delicious. Most of the dishes are ones I've tried for the first time. Every morning, to save time on our schedule, my friends and I often choose instant noodles for breakfast. Especially having breakfast in such a lovely setting, I couldn't possibly miss out," Phương Trinh shared.

Mai Huong, who recently conquered the destination of Hoang Su Phi, excitedly shared: "It's just instant noodles, but it's so different. Normally, instant noodles are a convenient everyday meal. But in the clear air, with the scent of ripening rice wafting in, surrounded by the golden color of the rice fields, a bowl of instant noodles suddenly becomes incredibly precious. My friends and I often joke that having breakfast with a bowl of noodles here is like enjoying a million-dollar view."

"The weather is quite beautiful right now, so traveling to the northern mountainous regions is attracting more attention. In the cool weather, slurping down a hot bowl of instant noodles, followed by a cup of coffee or hot tea, is simply fantastic. It's not about following a trend or anything, but instant noodles for breakfast while conquering the mountains is considered the quickest and easiest option. Just imagine, in a natural landscape with clouds, mountains, mist, and the morning sun – enjoying such a simple and memorable breakfast is no problem at all," Duc Trung recounted after his trip to Ha Giang.
