According to the investigation results, during its operation from 2019 to 2023, TUNG Dining Restaurant Company was discovered to have used personal accounts to receive payments, not issued invoices and not fully declared revenue. The amount of tax evasion was determined to be more than 2.4 billion VND, including value added tax and corporate income tax.

The tax authority said that the company's actual revenue far exceeded the amount declared in the tax filing. Part of this amount was distributed to shareholders, the other part was used for business activities. After being discovered and inspected, Mr. Hoang Tung and Ms. Anh Nguyet proactively paid back all the violations.
