After a hard training process and many challenges, 28 contestants of the 2023 Northwest Tourism Beauty Pageant officially entered the competition. Each contestant had a distinct color with many outstanding talents, creating an explosive final stage.

The top 3 best contestants have been officially named: Contestant Tran Huyen Anh - candidate number 247, born in 2001, from Lao Cai city was crowned Miss, and also won the secondary prize of Ao Dai Beauty; 1st runner-up number 825 - Nguyen Bach Van; 2nd runner-up Nguyen Khanh Linh - candidate number 412.
The Top 3 winners of the contest "Miss Northwest Tourism - Sa Pa 2023" will be selected directly to the final round of "Miss Vietnam Tourism 2024" to continue promoting and introducing the image of the country along with the cultural beauty, national identity, and people of the Northwest to the domestic and international communities.
