The 12-storey Kahuna Ho Tram Strip project includes 164 resort apartments, 36 separate two-storey garden villas and 8 beach villas, located along 2.2 km of Ho Tram beach (Ba Ria - Vung Tau), less than two hours drive from Ho Chi Minh City.

According to HTP, the project will have prices ranging from VND2 billion for a standard one-bedroom apartment to VND7.9 billion for a villa. Investors are guaranteed a profit of 8% per year on the net rental price for the first two years and 9% for the next two years. After that, they will enjoy 60% of the total net rental revenue from the fifth year onwards. In addition, investors will be given 21 free nights at Kahuna Ho Tram Strip each year. The project has now completed the piling work and is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2019.

HTP also said the company is currently in the process of negotiating with the world's leading corporation Wyndham to cooperate in managing the Kahuna Ho Tram Strip project.
The company is also planning to build a private international airport about 15 km away to facilitate foreign tourists to Ho Tram Strip. In the future, many international entertainment programs and new recreational facilities such as water parks, health care centers and a 2,000-seat outdoor theater will be developed around Kahuna.
