The 12-story Kahuna Ho Tram Strip project comprises 164 resort apartments, 36 detached two-story garden villas, and 8 beachfront villas, situated along 2.2 km of Ho Tram beach (Ba Ria - Vung Tau), less than a two-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City.

According to HTP company, the project will have prices ranging from VND 2 billion for a standard one-bedroom apartment to VND 7.9 billion for a villa. Investors are guaranteed an 8% annual return on net rental income for the first two years and 9% for the following two years. After that, they will receive 60% of the total net rental revenue from the fifth year onwards. In addition, investors will receive 21 free nights of accommodation at Kahuna Ho Tram Strip each year. The project has completed the piling phase and is expected to be completed and operational in 2019.

Besides convenient transportation and a steady increase in tourist numbers to Ho Tram Strip, the Kahuna project is also more attractive to investors due to the parent company's proven project development capabilities, demonstrated through other resort and entertainment projects in Ho Tram Strip that have been operational since 2013. These include the 541-room five-star casino resort The Grand Ho Tram Strip, the links-style golf course The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip designed by legendary golfer Greg Norman, and the ultra-luxury Gallery Villas located on the golf course. Furthermore, HTP is currently completing the interior design for its second resort, The Beach Club, with 559 rooms, situated between The Grand Ho Tram Strip and Kahuna Ho Tram Strip.

HTP also stated that the company is currently in negotiations with leading global corporation Wyndham to jointly manage the Kahuna Ho Tram Strip project.
The company is also planning to build a private international airport about 15 km away to make it more convenient for foreign tourists to access Ho Tram Strip. In the future, many international entertainment programs and new recreational facilities such as a water park, a wellness center, and a 2,000-seat open-air theater will be developed around Kahuna.
With these development plans, Hanoi investors will have a golden opportunity to become members of the Ho Tram Strip mega-project.
