In the fall, the weather is pleasant, the sky is clear blue, especially Ban Gioc waterfall becomes even more majestic with the green water pouring down from above. Sharing with Travellive reporters, Lam said: "The best time to go to Cao Bang is probably from September to November, when the cool weather is extremely suitable for wandering on the beautiful roads of Cao Bang. These months will have little rain and especially the water is extremely blue and clear. But don't put too much emphasis on the issue of when to go because each time will have different special experiences that you can only feel when you go at that time."

Cao Bang is famous for its diverse terrain, characterized by a rich river system, rolling hills and deep valleys. Although staying here for 4 days, Ngoc Lam still could not visit all the tourist attractions in Cao Bang. On the first day arriving in this land, he and his group of friends chose to visit the Pac Bo National Monument as the first greeting of the journey.
"Everyone can follow the Lenin Stream route located in the Pac Bo Cave Historical Site. Lenin Stream is considered the green heart of Pac Bo's land and sky with its characteristic emerald green water color. Coming here, I can immerse myself in the green of the mountains and forests, the green of the water, and see schools of fish swimming around... really, when I first came here, I just knew 'wow'," Lam recalled.

He said that along this route, tourists can also go to Khau Coc Cha Pass and Kim Dong Relic Site to offer incense. However, to be sure, tourists need to check the opening and closing hours in advance, as well as check whether the places they need to visit are undergoing any repairs.
During this trip, Ngoc Lam did not forget to conquer Ma Phuc Pass - considered the most beautiful pass in Cao Bang province with a length of more than 3.5 km, nearly 700 m above sea level and 7 dangerous spiral slopes. Visiting famous places such as Ban Gioc waterfall, Khuoi Ky stone village, Vinh Quy grass hill, Mat Than mountain, Thang Hen lake, Me Pia pass... left many emotions in the young man.
Khuoi Ky stone village is over 400 years old, currently there are only over 10 families in the village keeping their houses to develop tourism.
Lam shared: "I think there are two most special experiences that you should try: a night camping at Mat Than mountain, a night sleeping at Trung Khanh to paddle sup and watch the beautiful sunset on Quay Son river. I still clearly remember the image of waking up early in the morning at Mat Than mountain, seeing clouds and mist floating on the water surface, that moment made me feel like I was embraced by nature. Perhaps only the eyes and heart can feel all that beauty."
