To serve the people and tourists attending the Hung Kings' Commemoration Ceremony, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Can Tho City has announced that the Hung Kings Temple will open with more flexible hours than usual. Accordingly, from April 5 to 7, the temple will open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., creating favorable conditions for people to come and offer incense and pay tribute to the Hung Kings. Compared to the usual operating hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., this extension of opening hours shows the special attention of the local government to this important event.
The Hung Kings' Commemoration Ceremony in 2025 will be held on April 7 (March 10 of the lunar calendar) at the Hung Kings' Temple, Binh Thuy District, Can Tho City. The Hung Kings' Commemoration Ceremony will be conducted solemnly, expressing respect and gratitude to the kings who founded the country. Activities within the framework of the festival are organized to promote patriotism, look back to the nation's roots, and encourage solidarity in building a rich and prosperous Vietnam. At the same time, this is also an opportunity to contribute to preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values of the nation.
