"World's Top Natural Destinations" Earns Over 123 Billion VND During Holiday Season

Over the past four days, Moc Chau has welcomed more than 107,000 tourists, generating estimated revenue of over 123 billion VND. With its fresh, cool climate, beautiful and attractive scenery, and convenient transportation, Moc Chau district (Son La province) – named “World’s Leading Natural Destination in 2022” – is a popular choice for many tourists during the September 2nd holiday.

Furthermore, during this holiday, through activities celebrating Independence Day, visitors can immerse themselves in the cultural atmosphere of various ethnic groups. Ms. Dinh Thu Trang, a tourist from Hanoi, shared: “I find Moc Chau to have many beautiful sights, stunning nature, and all the cultural activities are wonderful. I will definitely come back many times.”

Moc Chau district currently has nearly 300 operating accommodation establishments; many of which are community-based tourism areas, sites, and villages with strong ethnic identities, making them attractive destinations for domestic and international tourists.

Mr. Hoang Manh Duy, Head of Sales at Moc Chau Island Tourist Area, said that the area is committed to continuous innovation and adding new experiences so that visitors will have a fresh feeling each time they return, as well as being immersed in a joyful atmosphere not only during festivals but also on all occasions when visiting the Moc Chau plateau.
