Travel businesses promote tourism in the Northeast

Grasping the strong development trend of tourism to the Northeast, PYS Travel organized the FAM Trip program Northeast Journey from November 17-20 with the participation of more than 80 representatives from 60 travel companies and media units from 3 regions North - Central - South. This event is also a milestone, marking an important step forward of PYS Travel in the domestic tourism market.

During the first 3 days of the survey trip, the delegation visited famous places in Ha Giang such as Dong Van stone plateau, Lung Cam cultural village, Lung Cu flagpole, Ma Pi Leng pass, etc. Along with that were activities to learn about indigenous culture such as the reenactment of the Dao people's coming-of-age ceremony, the backward market in Sa Phin, learning about the Mong people's linen weaving method, etc. Notably, during the trip, the delegation visited Lung Tam primary school, Quan Ba district, Ha Giang province and presented 143 gifts to boarding students at the school.

Buckwheat flowers have a special attraction for tourists when coming to the highland of Ha Giang.

The final destination of the survey was Pac Ngoi community tourism village at Ba Be Lake. Here, the group experienced the tour program to explore the nature of Ba Be Lake as well as homestay services provided by the local people. Most of the group members were satisfied with the quality of service and sightseeing services on the lake to places such as Tien Cave, Ba Goa Island, An Ma Temple, etc.

The Fam Trip Northeast 2014 is a bridge to help travel businesses survey, search and build new tourism products, especially eco-tourism and community tourism products associated with hunger eradication and poverty reduction in the locality, while closely linking in the exchange of information and experience on tourism development between travel agencies and each locality.
