New York photographer Colin Gordon spent a weekend wandering through Toronto, exploring this colorful and vibrant city and capturing its soul through his lens. He said he had visited Toronto many times for work, but had never explored the city so spontaneously as this time. He humorously shared, "Sometimes having no plan is the best plan!"

Toronto is located north of Lake Ontario, bordered to the east by the province of Quebec, to the southeast by the state of New York, and to the southwest by Michigan. It is Canada's largest and most vibrant city, serving as the nation's commercial, financial, industrial, and cultural center, and the capital of Ontario. Toronto is considered one of the safest cities in North America, boasting a diverse culture, ethnicity, and arts scene. It is also famous for its skyscrapers, the University of Toronto, and the CN Tower (one of the tallest buildings in the world), as well as its incredibly convenient transportation system, particularly the StreetCar and Subway, making it easy for both residents and visitors to get around.

With its rapid development and expansion, Toronto has emerged as one of the most livable and multicultural cities in the world today. Although not the capital of Canada, Toronto has become an important and significant city in many respects. Toronto is known as the "Heart of the Maple Leaf Country".

Toronto is considered a global city, with nearly 50% of its population being immigrants from all over the world. Therefore, the government pays close attention to cultural issues, and the city is a vibrant tapestry of multiculturalism. Nowhere else boasts such a diverse mix of ethnic neighborhoods as Toronto, including Chinatown, Corso Italia, Greektown, Kensington Market, Koreatown, Little India, Little Italy, Jamaica, Portugal, and Roncesvalles… With such a diverse culture, you never have to worry about feeling lonely when visiting this vibrant city!
