- Refund from Vietravel's financial partners:

+ For every 10 million VND spent on a tour with a MasterCard, visitors will be refunded from 200,000 to 400,000 VND. The maximum refund is 3 million VND/cardholder, with no limit on the number of refunds.

+ BIDV – Vietravel co-branded card (newly opened from June 1, 2016): 900,000 VND refund for every 10 million VND payment. Maximum refund is 4 million VND/cardholder and each customer can only get a refund once. Applicable in June & July 2016.
