Day 1
At 1:30 PM, we drove from Hanoi to Ha Giang, a distance of 300 km, arriving in Ha Giang at 9 PM. We stopped a few times along the way to let Bap rest.
We spent the night in Ha Giang. We ate at a Tay restaurant and the meat dish was absolutely delicious.
Day 2
Ha Giang - Quan Ba, spend time visiting Quan Ba Heaven's Gate. The weather is sunny and pleasant.
At noon, we stopped at the Nam Dam cultural tourism village in Quan Ba to rest and have lunch. The cultural village is very beautiful with stilt houses and is very clean. We had lunch and spent the whole afternoon playing around, which was great. The lunch was super delicious, with many dishes and it was cheap. It was the season for delicious vegetables, so the truck also brought in sugar beets and water chestnuts.
From Quan Ba to Meo Vac in the late afternoon, we went straight there. We also bought some delicious, crunchy persimmons.
We spent the night at a Lo Lo stilt house in Meo Vac. We had dinner there, enjoying BBQ grilled meat.

Day 3
I woke up in the morning and took a walk to have breakfast - rice rolls with soup.
We rented a motorbike and went sightseeing. The weather was beautiful and sunny. The cost included the motorbike: 150,000 VND, plus 50,000 VND for gas for one day. We rode down the road to Son Vy, down to the hydroelectric power plant on the Nho Que River, and took pictures of the buckwheat fields freely because there were no tourists down there. We let Bap play in the village for a while, then crossed the Ma Pi Leng pass to the other side of Dong Van. We had lunch, coffee, wandered around the old houses, Bap took a nap, and returned to Meo Vac when it was already dark. After showering, we went to the night market to watch a music performance, had dinner, and then went to bed.

Day 4
I woke up, had breakfast, then rode my motorbike to return the rented vehicle and went to the Meo Vac market right nearby. It was drizzling. I had lunch at a chicken restaurant near the market. I got back to the stilt house around 3 pm and let Bap take a nap. In the evening, I took a refreshing shower and then went to a friend's house for a delicious chicken hotpot and met up with friends.

Day 5
Breakfast. The weather continued to be pleasant. Gentle sunshine, blue sky, cool breeze. Went to the Lung Phin market and bought a bunch of things like mắc khén (a type of spice), dổi (a type of spice), green chili...
We had fresh pho with roasted pork for lunch right in the market. We then traveled along the road to the Vuong family mansion; the scenery along the way was so beautiful that we stopped several times.
Stop to play with the wildflowers blooming all along the path, enter the village, and visit the homes of the Hmong people along the way. Run and play in Sung La.
We drove to Pho Bang. Then straight to Ha Giang, bought a few more kilos of persimmons to bring back. Had dinner at 8 pm in Ha Giang, the horse hotpot restaurant was delicious. Spent the night in Ha Giang. Before going to bed, had another bowl of Au Tau porridge.

Day 6
We had sour pho for breakfast. Then we drove straight back to Tuyen Quang.
Lunch in Son Duong, Tuyen Quang. Hanoi, Nhat Tan Bridge at 4:30 PM. Arrived home at 5:30 PM. Packed with vegetables, persimmons, nuts, and all sorts of other things.

The 6-day trip has come to an end.
I bought lots of fresh and delicious vegetables and fruits from Ha Giang.
Knowing how to prevent your child from getting motion sickness on the winding mountain passes of Ha Giang is crucial, as they are incredibly challenging. Take breaks and rest whenever you feel like it.
The child traveled for three consecutive days and had three days of rest and fun, so they weren't too tired from the car journey.
