Explore Cat Ba Island by motorbike
After the dawn of a new day, you can rent a motorbike and drive down to the coast of Cat Ba. If you really don’t have a destination in mind, all you need to do is drive around the island.
Passing through the bustling town centre, you will reach the coast. Offshore, fishing boats are bustling about. Each boat flies the national flag, looking really bright and impressive. On land, the residential areas outside the town will give you a real rural scene right in the heart of the island. If you climb up to one of the guardhouses here and look out to sea, you will see the wild and spectacular scenery here.
The ideal place to see rare langurs
When you return to the mainland, you drive towards Cat Ba National Park where you will look down into a valley with giant stone fences. This is the habitat of the langur - an extremely rare primate species. In addition, Cat Ba National Park is also a beautiful green natural space that has been officially recognized by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve.
