After a long period of social distancing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Chinese people have a high demand for travel, exploration, and new experiences. The Qingming Festival, usually held during the transition from spring to summer, when the weather is pleasant and ideal for outdoor activities, has led the Chinese government to implement various measures to support tourism recovery after the pandemic, such as discounted airfares, train tickets, and entrance fees.
