Stuart graduated with a Bachelor's degree in International Hotel and Tourism Management from the University of Queensland, Australia, in 1993. He subsequently worked as a General Manager of Sales and Marketing at travel companies such as South Sea Horizons in Papua New Guinea, Head of Product for the Asia Pacific region at Peregrine Adventures, consultant at Flight Centre – one of the largest travel agencies in Australia, and Director of Tour Operations specializing in the Asian market at Intrepid Travel.
Fusion Suites Vung Tau, the 7th hotel in the Fusion group, is a 19-story building with 171 suites and apartments for guests.
