In addition to existing yoga classes for adults such as Aerial Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Hatha Yoga, Fusion Suites Da Nang has added a Little Superhero Yoga program to inspire children to get acquainted with yoga and actively perform age-appropriate and health-beneficial poses. Children aged 2 to 12 will receive dedicated guidance from instructors and immerse themselves in the fun atmosphere of the class.
“In the program, we designed simple movements related to superhero poses to inspire and encourage children to learn about yoga with poses such as Warrior 1 and 2, Triangle Pose, Cobra Pose, along with several other poses that help them improve balance and strength, such as Boat Pose or Bamboo Pose.”
The upbeat music in the class will also help increase motivation and excitement during the practice session. The professional instructors teaching the Little Superhero Yoga classes here are very knowledgeable about children's psychology.
