Among the 8 teams competing this time, the most notable is the Italian team, the champion of DIFF 2018, the remaining 6 teams are all new faces, expected to create many different colors in the fireworks performances and unique cultural messages contained in each competition. The theme of the 2019 fireworks festival is:Rivers tell stories.
In addition to the top fireworks displays, the DIFF 2019 season continues to bring visitors and residents of Da Nang the opportunity to enjoy high-class art performances by leading names in the Vietnamese entertainment industry such as: Thanh Lam, Hong Nhung, Ho Ngoc Ha, Doan Trang, Tung Duong, Phuong Linh, Uyen Linh, Phuong Vy, Thao Trang, Ho Trung Dung, Quoc Thien... In addition to the main festival DIFF 2019, the Organizing Committee also organizes other accompanying festivals such as the Carnival festival and the Beer festival.
The Street Carnival will be held for more than a month during DIFF 2019 on every Sunday, starting from May 26, 2019 to July 7, 2019 (7 nights). At this event, actors and dancers in unique costumes and diverse forms will continuously perform on the walking streets and bring to the audience special, entertaining and highly interactive performances. The performances are selected according to each special theme, combined with unique artistic elements, which will give visitors deep impressions of Da Nang city.
B' Estival Beer Festival will take place from May 5, 2019 to September 5, 2019 at Sun World Ba Na Hills tourist area, also a companion event with DIFF 2019.
In addition, many other interesting and attractive accompanying events will be held during the DIFF 2019 season to create a brilliant festival season, full of new experiences and endless joy for visitors and residents in the summer of 2019. DIFF 2019 is expected to be a stepping stone to turn the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival into a cultural and entertainment event worthy of the continent, as the title "Asia's Leading Festival Event Destination" for Da Nang, thereby contributing to enhancing Vietnam's position in the international arena.
The organizing committee has also announced ticket prices for the 2019 Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF 2019). Accordingly, all stands are located on the east bank of the Han River (Son Tra district). Ticket prices for individual guests according to the positions of stand B4 are 300,000 VND/ticket; stand B3 is 400,000 VND/ticket; stands B1, B2 are 600,000 VND/ticket; stands A2, A3 are 1 million VND/ticket; stand A1 (VIP stand) is 1.5 million VND/ticket.
Opening night (June 1) and final (July 6), ticket price for individual customers at stand B4 is 400,000 VND/ticket; stand B3 is 600,000 VND/ticket; stands B1, B2 is 800,000 VND/ticket.
Ticket prices for stands A2 and A3 are 1.2 million VND/ticket; stand A1 (VIP stand) is 2.5 million VND/ticket. Ticket prices for children (under 1 meter tall) on all nights are 50,000 VND.
