Flights to popular tourist destinations such as Phu Quoc, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Quy Nhon, etc. are quite expensive compared to normal days.
A survey on March 15 showed that for the Hanoi - Phu Quoc route, Vietnam Airlines flying on April 30 will cost passengers from VND4,186 million/one-way ticket. Bamboo Airways is similar with the price of VND4,197 million/ticket, and with Vietjet Air, passengers will have to pay the lowest at VND3,464 million/ticket. For the return flight on May 3, passengers will have to pay the lowest VND3,7 million/ticket of Vietjet Air. Flying with Bamboo Airways during peak season for this route, passengers will have to pay VND4,2 million/ticket.

The remaining options are Bamboo Airways (2.8 million VND) and Vietnam Airlines (3.6 million VND). For passengers from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang, Vietnam Airlines' ticket price is at 1.931 million VND/ticket.
