The International Tourism Fair will return in November.

The Vietnam Tourism Association has informed provincial tourism departments, promotion agencies, and tourism businesses about the resumption of the Vietnam International Tourism Fair (VITM) at the Hanoi International Exhibition Center.

According to Mr. Vu The Binh, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Tourism Association, the Covid-19 pandemic situation in the country is basically under control, so the Association decided to organize VITM 2020. The fair will take place from November 18th to 21st at the Hanoi International Exhibition Center.

The Vietnam International Tourism Fair - VITM is an annual event organized by the Vietnam Tourism Association. The fair has been held seven times. This year, due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the fair, initially scheduled for April under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, had to be postponed twice due to the pandemic situation.

In 2019, VITM attracted over 90,000 visitors, 720 exhibitors, and 502 booths from businesses in 47 provinces and cities of Vietnam and 27 countries and territories. Approximately 29,300 visitors registered to purchase domestic and international tours at the fair, with total estimated revenue reaching 322 billion VND.
