Along with an attractive rental program, the investor will manage the rental with a guaranteed net profit of 6% (calculated in USD in a 3-year contract) or profit sharing based on revenue, depending on your needs. The monthly loan balance with an interest rate of 4.75%/year for 30 years is USD 1200, and the rental profit is USD 1750, leaving a surplus of over USD 500 per month.

It can be said that the Balmoral Resort Florida project is truly a high-class, trendy resort designed specifically for Vietnamese families, a safe and highly profitable investment channel, deserving a "perfect 10 for quality".
