According to the agreement, InterContinental Nha Trang Hotel will create conditions for students to practice at least 45 days in the hotel. In addition, the hotel management will also organize training courses to help students improve their leadership and problem-solving skills. The program will contribute to training professional skills for students, as well as help them become more confident when they graduate.
In addition to providing students with the opportunity to work in a professional environment, the partnership program also includes a variety of other activities such as lectures, hotel tours and speaking engagements with industry experts.
