Hilton Hotels and Embassy Office Parks Trust (India’s first publicly listed real estate investment trust) have jointly opened Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Convention Centre at Embassy Manyata Business Park in early May. Hilton also opened Hilton Garden Inn at the same business park earlier this year. The two hotels and Convention Centre are collectively known as Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, owned by Embassy Office Parks Trust and managed by Hilton.
The Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata complex comprises two hotel towers, a state-of-the-art convention centre and a retail and hospitality facility under construction. With a total of 619 hotel rooms (266 Hilton Hotels & Resorts and 253 Hilton Garden Inn rooms), it is one of the largest complexes in South India and India in general.
