Shell House is a family resort designed by K&B Partners. The project will welcome guests in 2023 in the coastal area of Koblevo, Mykolaiv region, Ukraine.
The materials used in the structure and decoration are mainly wood and environmentally friendly materials. A straw-like material is used to cover the outside of the house.
Unlike resorts made from bricks, concrete, and metal, instead, they will be made from wood, bamboo, straw, etc. All prioritize the use of environmentally friendly materials. The architecture and materials of Shell House are in harmony with the surrounding nature.
The resort's architecture is inspired by mussels, a mollusk that is very common in the area.
Shell House is expected to be completed in spring 2023.
The resort has rooms for small families of 2 and large families of 4. Shell House is known to be a place to help visitors feel the purest energy. At that time, they will be able to temporarily leave technological devices and relax with nature.
