The Anam, one of Vietnam's leading resorts, has just introduced a new meditation-inspired service: a personalized spa treatment package designed for each guest based on their lunar age and the "heavenly stem and earthly branch" elements in the calculation of their astrological sign.

Inspired by the Five Elements theory (Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth), The Anam's new spa treatment will begin with a consultation with a spa expert to design a personalized treatment plan for guests, featuring therapies to restore and rejuvenate both body and mind.

Based on the individual needs of each client, there are many methods to create the most suitable treatment. For example, the "Spa Treatment Package for those born in the Year of the Horse - Wood Element" is designed for clients born in 1954 or 2014. These individuals are often optimistic but easily stressed by work. Therefore, the spa treatment for those born in the Year of the Horse - Wood Element includes bamboo massage - a new form of massage using bamboo tubes to knead and massage muscle tissue, helping to reduce mental stress and soothe muscle aches. This is followed by a coffee scrub and aromatherapy with rosemary essential oil and aloe vera tea to provide a relaxing experience.
