Accordingly, if the customer is an overseas Vietnamese or a foreigner who is eligible to buy a house under the provisions of the new Housing Law, he/she will officially sign a sales contract with the investor and continue to buy the apartment. In case the customer is not eligible, the investor will terminate the sales contract and refund the entire deposit.
