BIM has cooperated closely with the king of the resort industry, InterContinental Hotels Group. This cooperation helps BIM Group to target foreign markets. BIM Group has launched a series of mega projects such as the first 5-star hotel in Laos - Crowne Plaza Vientiane (already in operation), InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort (coming soon) and the upcoming plan to develop the first Holiday Inn hotel in Laos.

Particularly in Phu Quoc, since 2005, right after the master plan with the orientation of developing into a large, modern international tourism, resort and trade center of the entire Mekong Delta region was approved, BIM Group has been attached to and joined hands in the strong transformation of the Pearl Island over the past decades.
With the passion to contribute to making Phu Quoc become an international resort paradise, BIM Group is quite cautious and carefully considers the direction for the Phu Quoc Marina resort complex project with 155 hectares stretching over 1km of Truong beach, the longest white sand beach on the Pearl Island and famous for the most beautiful sunset view.
The first component of the Project is the InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort, which is expected to be operational by the end of this year. As the first InterContinental-branded resort apartment project in Asia that allows individual ownership with limited quantity and outstanding policy, sharing 40% of revenue, the project quickly attracted special attention from investors, and is currently preparing to enter the handover phase.
In early 2017, BIM Group continued to launch the second component, Phu Quoc Waterfront, with 144 townhouses that can be used for commercial purposes and boutique hotels. The project quickly "sold out" within 2 months of being launched on the market.
Following the above successes, most recently, BIM Group signed an agreement with Regent Hotels & Resorts to implement the third component, Regent Phu Quoc resort, with a variety of luxury villas, with a total investment of about 2,000 billion VND.

But in reality, hotels and resorts with the Regent brand bring unique and perfect services, classy experiences that surpass the 5-star standard.
