For the fifth consecutive year participating in the VITM trade fair, and consistently receiving the Top 3 award for high-performing tourism promotion units, Vietravel Hanoi promises to continue introducing exciting, high-quality tourism products at the best prices. Specifically, this year the company will present five special product packages at the fair, including: a super-discount package offering up to 35% off the regular price; a super-saver voucher package for accommodation at Vinpearl, FLC, and Sun Spa resorts; a package for the April 30th holiday; a new product package; and a cruise package. The common feature of these packages is their very attractive introductory prices, based on customer appreciation policies, tourism promotion, or the launch of new itineraries. In addition, customers who register for tours will receive complimentary spa vouchers or other high-value services corresponding to the tour package.
According to Mr. Tran Tuan Anh, Deputy Director of Vietravel Hanoi, the super-promotional product line has consistently attracted significant customer interest at previous fairs. Therefore, Vietravel has invested considerable time and effort in negotiating with service partners to ensure three key elements for customers: diverse itineraries, guaranteed service quality, and the most competitive prices on the market. The product line offered at VITM 2017 includes 40 domestic and international routes, with departures during the summer and autumn months. Domestic routes offer discounts of up to 35%, while international routes offer discounts of up to 20 million VND per tour compared to regular prices. A total of 2,500 promotional tour slots are expected to be available.
The April 30th holiday tour packages and new product lines are predicted to be the next big thing attracting customers. This year's April 30th holiday is a rare occasion where Vietnamese people get four consecutive days off, while the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day only has one official day off, and the September 2nd holiday is expected to be only three days off. Despite being a holiday, tour prices for April 30th are not significantly higher than on regular days, making them even more attractive to tourists who want to take advantage of the holiday to travel.
In the summer of 2017, Vietravel Hanoi selected and introduced routes to paradise islands with high-end services such as Maldives, Bali, and Phuket; direct flights to Fenghuang Ancient Town - Zhangjiajie and Chiang Mai, saving tourists time on land travel or multiple transit stops; spiritual tourism routes to Bhutan, Tibet, and Israel; and exploration of unique distant markets such as Iran, Egypt, Greece, the US-Cuba relationship, the US-Canada relationship, and 5-star cruise tours…
At this year's VITM fair, Vietravel had the largest booth, covering a total area of 180m2. This allowed visitors to comfortably choose and register for tours in a spacious and convenient environment, and participate in games and activities with prizes. In particular, from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM and from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM daily were two prime time slots where Vietravel held a lucky draw with valuable prizes for all customers present at booth A2-78, Friendship Cultural Palace.
