Aiming to bring the best and most unique culinary experiences to its guests, Pullman Vung Tau Hotel has partnered with Benaras to officially open an Indian restaurant in Vung Tau called Benaras Masala Bay @ Pullman Vung Tau.

Benaras Masala Bay @ Pullman Vung Tau is the first and only five-star Indian restaurant in Vung Tau. The restaurant's unique ambiance creates a miniature India. The menu at Benaras Masala Bay is extensive, featuring North Indian dishes prepared by Indian chefs. Guests can also enjoy vegetarian and vegan options, free of eggs and dairy, yet equally delicious and appealing.




Notably, all dishes here are prepared using natural ingredients, without artificial colors, and with up to 80% less artificial flavoring. At the opening ceremony, Mr. David Stanley de Brito - the hotel's Managing Director - stated: “Indian cuisine, prepared with traditional spices and herbs, has existed for 3000 years. Indian food is unique and offers a powerful culinary experience: from sour, spicy, hot, and sweet. An Indian culinary experience is not just a meal, but a journey.”
