In the semi-finals, contestants competed in three important segments: the traditional Vietnamese dress (áo dài) presentation, the evening gown presentation, and the talent competition.
The show opened with a performance of traditional Vietnamese ao dai dresses by the Top 35 contestants, designed by artisan and ao dai designer Lan Huong.
These girls exude a mysterious yet alluring beauty in evening gowns from designer Bigally's collection – "Time in the Northwest."
At the semi-finals of the Miss Tourism Northwest – Sa Pa 2023 pageant, Miss Tourism Vietnam 2022 – Luong Ky Duyen – also participated as a judge. The beauty queen shared positive advice to help the contestants gain more confidence in their pursuit of the prestigious title.
Miss Tourism Vietnam 2022 – Luong Ky Duyen appeared powerful and elegant at the semi-finals of the Miss Tourism Northwest – Sa Pa 2023 pageant.
All the girls possessed beautiful looks and the graceful, healthy physique characteristic of the Northwest mountainous region. Notably, they all came from colleges and universities, so they all had a solid foundation of social and cultural knowledge, confident communication skills, and were quite bold. At the end of the semi-finals, the judges and organizers selected the Top 28 outstanding contestants who will advance to the final night with various competitions and spectacular artistic performances.
Contestants competed in the Talent round, each showcasing different talents and styles, creating a vibrant and captivating competition.
