The annual Lunar New Year is considered the golden time for Vietnamese filmmakers to bring their brainchildren to theaters.

Previously, Tran Thanh announced that he would screen the film "Nha Ba Nu" produced and directed by him during Tet, with the cast: Uyen An, Song Luan, People's Artist Ngoc Giau, Le Giang, Le Duong Bao Lam... The film revolves around the family of Mrs. Nu (played by artist Le Giang) - a noodle seller in Saigon. The film depicts the complex, multi-dimensional relationships that occur between family members. The main message "Every family has secrets" contains many hidden meanings about the content the film wants to convey. Not too dramatic or climactic, "Nha Ba Nu" focuses on humanistic content, everyday life slices that many people will see themselves in.

Sister Sister 2

Sister Sister Sister 2 tells the story of two famous beauties of Saigon in the 1930s: Ba Tra (played by Minh Hang) and Tu Nhi (played by Ngoc Trinh). In the book Saigon Ta Pi Lu, scholar Vuong Hong Sen, who lived at the same time as the beauty Ba Tra, said he had talked to the character: "Miss Ba Tra, the number one beauty in the South, a beauty who captivated many young men in the South."

And the beautiful Tu Nhi - a Khmer beauty who was once mentored by Ba Tra, became her competitor. The friendship between the two beauties broke down when many people became infatuated with and pursued Tu Nhi.

According to director Vu Ngoc Dang, the film does not follow the lives of two real characters, but is only inspired by them. The drama in the film is also moderated, instead focusing on the elements of humor, family love, and bright friendship to suit the atmosphere of the Tet holiday. Super cheat meets super fool

Super Con Man Meets Super Crazy was conceived and produced by director Vo Thanh Hoa over the past 4 years with producer Mai Bao Ngoc of 89s Group, with the main cast including: Anh Tu, Mac Van Khoa, Trung Lun, Ngoc Phuoc, Meritorious Artist My Duyen, Dai Nghia, Cat Tuong, Lam Vy Da, Hua Minh Dat, Kieu Trinh Xiu, Quang Son...

Director Vo Thanh Hoa shared: “Producing purely Vietnamese films written by myself has been my dream for a long time, but only now have I accumulated enough knowledge, finance, reputation, and experience to make this work. This will be a big turning point in my filmmaking career, marking films that are truly “made by Vo Thanh Hoa”.

The film revolves around the character Khoa (Mac Van Khoa), a con artist who comes to Phu Quoc (Kien Giang) with the dream of changing his life. By chance, Khoa meets Tu (Anh Tu) - a criminal with a scheming and handsome mind; and the two work together to successfully carry out many missions. However, when their gang recruits two other members - Mr. Nam (Trung Lun) and Ma Lai (Ngoc Phuoc), many funny and sad situations occur. The film "reveals" the sophisticated scams of today and sends a message not to be gullible and trusting in the flashy things on the outside. It is known that in addition to the scenes in Vietnam, the film was also filmed abroad.

All-Star Mission

As the only epic action and comedy blockbuster from Hollywood to be shown during the upcoming Lunar New Year holiday, All-Stars marks the reunion between actor Jason Statham and the genius Guy Ritchie, as well as bringing together many other powerful names in Hollywood.
