The best time to eat the veal is when it is hot. Some restaurants will cut the veal into small pieces, which will make the veal overcooked and dry. When ordering, you should tell the chef not to cut the veal too small.
2. Purple sticky rice
In the highlands, people often talk about the extremely unique and fragrant five-color sticky rice dish, in which the most impressive is purple sticky rice, a part of the five-color sticky rice. Purple sticky rice is made from fragrant, sticky rice grains, even grains without any non-sticky rice. Before dyeing the sticky rice, people take the sticky rice, wash it and soak it in water for 6-8 hours so that the rice grains have the right amount of expansion.

The rice is mixed with the leaves of the black khau tree (a tree that only grows in the mountains). 6. Thang Co

This is a traditional dish of the H'mong people but now it has become a delicious and familiar dish of the mountain people. Thang Co is made mostly from horse parts (or cows, buffalos) with vegetables, tubers... put into a pot to simmer. If you want to eat authentic Thang Co, tourists can come during the Tet holiday of the ethnic people in Moc Chau on September 2nd every year. In addition, tourists can enjoy it in the restaurant, the cooking method is a bit different and easier to eat.
7. Nam Pia
This is one of the top “horror” dishes, tourists often have to hold their noses to try this dish. The ingredients to make Nam Pia include congealed blood, cartilage, tail, meat, silver music, internal organs such as intestines, stomach, liver and small intestine containing cow or goat feces. The dish is quite bitter when served and when hearing about the ingredients, tourists hold their noses and shake their heads.
In addition, Moc Chau is also famous for raising dairy cows, so you can buy fresh milk or dairy products as gifts.
