Calivigny, located on the Caribbean coast, is 32 hectares wide and is known as one of the most luxurious private resort islands in the world. The island is owned by French millionaire Georges Cohen, who bought the island as a gift for his wife, Martine, in 2000 and turned it into a resort for the super-rich.

The resort consists of 10 villas around the island, with perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. Among them, the Overhang House villa overlooking the sea can accommodate 18 guests.

The villa's luxurious marble terrace is next to a clear blue swimming pool and bar. The villa offers facilities for guests who want to cook al fresco with a wood-fired pizza oven and a teppanyaki grill.

Beach House beach villa can accommodate up to 20 guests.

The villa is designed in a luxurious style, located right next to the sea, creating a cozy feeling and close to nature. The interior is mainly made of wood with green space surrounding.

Each villa has an outdoor and indoor jacuzzi. The resort also offers an outdoor spa or private in-room massage for guests' relaxation needs.

Not only that, visitors can experience other indoor amenities such as gym, fitness training with a fitness trainer, yoga with a teacher at dawn, walking, cycling around the island, playing tennis...

..or play water sports, kayak, scuba dive, cruise on a yacht to enjoy the sea view.

In terms of cuisine, the island's team of chefs, each awarded a Michelin star - a prestigious title in the culinary industry - serve menus tailored to each diner's taste and dietary requirements.

The kitchen uses fresh seafood caught daily, food from the island’s organic farms or the finest ingredients from Grenada and around the world. Diners can also take part in cooking classes to explore the culinary techniques of Japanese, French or Italian cuisine.

Calivigny Island is a five-minute boat ride from Grenada. Upon landing at nearby Maurice Bishop International Airport, guests will be met and transferred by a private transfer from the hotel’s management team. Before the pandemic, Grenada had direct flights from many major cities in the UK, Germany, the US and Canada. The airport also has enough parking space for private jets of all sizes.

Celebrities have also chosen this island for rest and relaxation. Justin Bieber rented this island in 2015 for his 21st birthday party, the Kardashian family also stayed here in 2014.
