In 2023, Nova Hospitality plans to expand its portfolio to 47 hotels and resorts with 11,621 rooms. Aiming to become a leading enterprise in the tourism and hospitality industry, by 2025, Nova Hospitality plans to operate 115 more properties across Vietnam, with a total of 30,902 rooms, serving an estimated 14 million domestic and international guests.

During the launch ceremony, Nova Hospitality signed agreements with two leading global hotel management groups, Accor and Marriott International. Accordingly, Accor will become the operational consultant for MGallery Dalat, a new resort project of Nova Hospitality in Cau Dat, Da Lat. Marriott International will also officially become the operational consultant for Fairfield by Marriott Phan Thiet, located within the NovaWorld Phan Thiet mega-city of beach, tourism, and wellness.

This will attract a large number of international tourists, gradually transforming the locality into a global destination,” affirmed Ms. Le Thi Viet Thu.
To meet its development needs, Nova Hospitality has been collaborating with Nova College to prepare a high-quality workforce and attract over 2,600 employees in various regions and localities. By 2025, Nova Hospitality is expected to recruit, train, and add more than 46,000 high-quality personnel in provinces and cities where Nova Hospitality has invested in and manages projects.
