The casino on Phu Quoc Island will cover an area of 30,000 square meters with 200-400 gambling tables, 2,000 slot machines, in addition to an international conference and seminar center and a 3,000-room 5-star hotel… Investors wishing to participate must commit capital of 4 billion USD or more. According to the proposal from the Ministry of Finance, besides foreign tourists, the casino can also serve Vietnamese tourists aged 21 and above who have full legal capacity and financial means.
