Melia Ho Tram Resort Management at The Hamptons

Tanzanite International Group, the developer of The Hamptons Ho Tram project, and Melia Hotels International (MHI) held a signing ceremony for a management cooperation agreement for The Hamptons Ho Tram resort. Accordingly, the project officially adopted the new brand name Melia Ho Tram at The Hamptons, with Melia acting as the strategic partner to operate and lease the villas and hotel apartments within the 16.9-hectare resort, located just 95km from Ho Chi Minh City, a less than two-hour drive.

With this collaboration between Tanzanite International and Melia Group, investors in the Melia Ho Tram at The Hamptons project can rest assured about their investment because their property will be managed and operated by one of the world's leading 5-star hotel and resort operators. Leveraging its global customer network, Melia Group will be responsible for providing management and rental services for the villas and apartments at Melia Ho Tram at The Hamptons. In addition, the group will manage other project facilities such as a luxurious spa, diverse restaurants, entertainment amenities, and conference services.

Phase 1 of the project includes 156 resort hotel apartments and 82 villas designed by renowned and talented international consulting firms such as CMV Architects, 2505AP, Sala Design Group, and KKS International.
