Binh Dinh is known not only as a land of rich history and talented people but also as a region full of potential and prospects. Binh Dinh has an extremely favorable geographical location, being the center of the North-South axis, encompassing road, rail, sea, and air transport. It serves as the closest and most convenient gateway to the sea for the Central Highlands provinces, Southern Laos, and Northeastern Cambodia via National Highway 19 and the Quy Nhon international seaport.

Binh Dinh is also a land rich in cultural and historical traditions. It was once the capital of the Champa Kingdom, the birthplace of the Tay Son movement, associated with the name of the outstanding hero Quang Trung - Nguyen Hue, the cradle of traditional theater and folk music, the birthplace of the immortal Tay Son martial art, and the home and nurturing ground of many great cultural figures.

In particular, Binh Dinh is a land blessed by nature with many scenic spots and beautiful beaches stretching along the province's 134 km coastline, such as: Quy Nhon Beach, Ghenh Rang, Quy Hoa, Bai Dai, Phuong Mai Peninsula, Thi Nai Lagoon, Hai Giang, Nhon Ly, Eo Gio, Phu Hau, Trung Luong, Vinh Hoi, Tan Thanh, Mui Rong - Tan Phung, Lo Dieu… Most of the beaches in Binh Dinh province are relatively flat, with white sand, clear blue water, abundant sunshine, and beautiful scenery.

It can be said that Binh Dinh is second to none in terms of tourism development potential. The province possesses a diverse "treasure trove" of geographical location, scenic spots, culture, history, and people. This land was once voted by the British travel magazine Rough Guide as one of the three most worthwhile tourist destinations to explore in Southeast Asia.

Despite possessing such a treasure trove, tourism in Binh Dinh remained largely untapped potential due to the almost complete lack of infrastructure befitting its scale and quality, until the arrival of a major investor, FLC Group, with its FLC Quy Nhon resort complex project.

FLC Quy Nhon, spanning over 1,000 hectares in Nhon Ly commune, Quy Nhon city, encompasses the famous Eo Gió area, renowned for its stunning sunsets and beautiful coral reefs hidden beneath crystal-clear waters. With an investment of nearly 7,000 billion VND, the complex includes: resort villas and a 5-star hotel with nearly 1,000 rooms, a 1,500-seat international convention center, a 36-hole golf course, a golf academy, a marine eco-tourism area, a wildlife park, a forest area, and many other amenities. Construction began in August 2015, and the golf course and phase 1 of the resort villas opened in January of this year. The FLC Quy Nhon Golf Links is also considered by experts to be one of the three most beautiful golf courses in Asia.

Having achieved success with the FLC Sam Son resort complex project (Thanh Hoa), FLC Group is now aiming to leverage that experience to transform the tourism landscape of Quy Nhon, while simultaneously solidifying its position in the resort real estate investment sector.
