Princess Cruises launches its round-the-world cruise tour.

Specifically, travelers will embark on a 111-day voyage around the world aboard the Island Princess cruise ship, which will also serve as the base for many upcoming Princess Cruises trips. According to the announcement, the nearly four-month sea voyage will operate on a round-trip basis, with the Island Princess cruise ship making two trips: the first from Fort Lauderdale (Florida) on January 4, 2024, and the second from Los Angeles (California) on January 18, 2024.

If you think 111 days at sea seems a bit long, you can also sign up for a 97-day cruise, starting on January 18, 2024, from Los Angeles and ending on April 27, 2024, at Fort Lauderdale.

The Island Princess cruise ship will take passengers to 51 destinations, including 25 UNESCO World Heritage Sites across 27 countries on all six continents, and will also visit 47 seaports such as Crete (Greece), Bali (Indonesia), Lisbon (Portugal), Bermuda, etc.

The trip will cost from $21,080 per person (over 479 million VND per person), and if you want to enjoy an even more luxurious experience, you can stay in premium suites on the cruise ship for $66,000 (over 1 billion VND).

The 2024 cruise isn't the only world tour planned by Princess Cruises. In 2023, the company will also launch several early-year voyages from Fort Lauderdale and Los Angeles. These trips were not possible in 2022 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

After a long period of inactivity, the tourism industry has gradually restarted in many places, and the demand for travel is steadily increasing. In particular, cruise tourism has become increasingly popular and achieved great success in 2021 despite the Covid-19 pandemic.
