The drinks menu celebrates Vietnamese culture.
Besides classic cocktails, Mai Sky adds to its menu unique cocktails, created with inspiration from the Mai House brand and Vietnamese culture. A highlight is the "Welcome Home," with its spicy, rich rum base, complemented by almond, banana, and tamarind sauce. Mai Sky's bartenders have meticulously researched and experimented to create a series of impressive recipes, offering a variety of unique cocktails and a worthwhile taste experience for diners.
In particular, diners who have visited Mai Sky are always impressed by the Potato Wedges – crispy fried potato wedges with truffle salt. According to Head Chef Lam Quoc Huy, this is a specialty that reflects the creativity and unique character of Mai Sky. The familiar hot and crispy potato dish is upgraded by the distinctive flavor of truffle, combined with salty and creamy Parmesan cheese, creating multiple layers of characteristic flavors.
"Welcome Home" features a rich, spicy rum as its base spirit, complemented by notes of almond, banana, and tamarind sauce.
