Drink menu honoring Vietnamese culture
In addition to classic cocktails, Mai Sky adds to the list of signature cocktails, created based on inspiration from the Mai House brand and Vietnamese culture. The highlight is “Welcome Home” with a strong, spicy rum base, adding almond, banana and tamarind sauce. Mai Sky’s bartenders have painstakingly researched, tested and created a series of impressive recipes, bringing many unique cocktail options and a valuable taste experience to diners.
In particular, diners who have been to Mai Sky are always impressed with Potato wedges - a dish of crispy fried potato wedges with truffle salt. According to Chef Lam Quoc Huy, this is a specialty that reflects the creativity that is typical of Mai Sky. The familiar hot and crispy potato dish is upgraded by the distinct flavor of truffle mushrooms, combined with fatty and salty parmesan cheese, creating many layers of characteristic flavor for the dish.
